Become a Junior Superintendent
October-December each year
- The primary purpose of a 4-H Junior Superintendent is to work with adult county project superintendents in planning events, workshops, and other learning activities.
- The Junior Superintendent has a vote during committee meetings and is the youth voice for individual projects.
- Junior Superintendents are teen leaders in their project area, and are required to uphold the standards as such.
- Any current 4-H member 13 years old or older who wishes to take a more active part in their 4-H project area can approach the adult project superintendent and inquire about availability. The junior superintendent is then voted in at October, November, and December meetings.
- Each project can have up to 5 junior superintendents.

4-H Summer Camp Counselors
Are you interested in serving as a camp counselor this coming summer? This is a unique opportunity for 4-H teens to develop your leadership skills, work with a great team of peers, and provide a memorable and meaningful experience as a mentor to our younger 4-H'ers.
Being a summer camp counselor is a commitment: there are monthly planning meetings with your required attendance, a mandatory overnight winter counselor retreat to build our team, and responsibilities outside of our meetings to plan and organize your camp activities. It's strongly recommended that you also enroll in the 4-H teen leadership project.
Most of all, it's a lot of fun! Many kids say summer camp is their favorite thing about the 4-H program. If you want to be considered as a teen camp counselor, and can commit to the time and responsibilities, please apply now! Teen 4-H'ers ages 13 to 18 may apply. Applications once available can be found by clicking here.
Important dates: will be posed on on the camp website.

Contact Luke Duran at ElementL@bresnan.net or 406.461.7799.
