UptoParents.org is a web-based class provided at NO COST.

The parties shall complete the Up to Parents web seminar. When completed, each party shall file a Certificate of Completion with the Clerk of Court's office. If all parties involved have not filed a Certificate of Completion, the Merits Hearing date will be vacated.
