Attention Area Residents! LCPH is now accepting PUBLIC COMMENT for the East Helena Soils Displacement Regulation Revision. Public comment will be accepted in the following ways:
  • Written and either mailed or dropped off to 1930 9th Ave S. Helena, MT 59601, Attention: Soil Displacement Regulation Public Comment, Laurel Reik
  • Emailed to: Laurel Reik at lreik@lccountymt.gov
  • Verbal by calling Laurel Reik at 406-457-8919
Public Comment will also be taken at the Board of Health meeting on June 27, 2024. Members of the public are welcome to come in person to 1930 9th Ave South, Helena, MT in the public health conference room at 1pm or attend virtually using the posted Zoom link found on the public health website: http://www.lccountymt.gov/.../Board-of.../Meeting-Schedule
