The Helena Valley Mosquito District Board

• The Board shall be made up of five (5) residents within the district that pay property taxes. In accordance with Resolution 2025 -014 shall have five (5) voting members appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners.

• Members of the Board shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners, in accordance with Resolution 2011-191 once they have completed two (2) terms of three (3) years or have served for a total of six (6) years.

Meetings
