Information Technology & Services Board

The IT&S Board consists of one Lewis and Clark County Commissioner, one Helena City Commissioner, the Lewis and Clark County Chief Administrative Officer, the Helena City Manager, and one information technology executive from the community at large who is appointed by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and the Mayor. This appointment is a two-year term. The purpose of the Board is to develop and enhance the long-term view of technology for the city and county organizations.
