County Begins Bridge Replacement on Little Prickly Pear Road

Helena, MT – Lewis and Clark County Road and Bridge Department will begin a bridge replacement project on Little Prickly Pear Road on Monday, March 25, 2024. The bridge is located approximately seven miles from MT Hwy 279 (Lincoln Road).

A detour route will be in place around the construction site for local vehicle traffic. The bridge will be closed for the duration of the work and the project is expected to be completed by April 22, 2024. Drivers should be cautious of heavy equipment and road crews when traveling through the construction area. Minimal delays should be expected as the project progresses.
