NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 9:00 AM in Zoom Meeting zoom.us/j/5669454978.

 

It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the

jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Bid Award. 2020 Crack Seal. (Audra Zacherl)

The Commissioners will consider awarding the bid.

 

4. Agreement Between Lewis and Clark County and Sussex Development, Inc. (Dan Karlin)

The Commissioners will consider the agreement with Sussex Development, Inc. for the improvements to Eames Lane and a cost share to the County of approximately $146,000.00 with work to be completed no later than December 31, 2020.

 

5. Grant Application to the Bureau of Land Management. (Christian Lehnert)

The Commissioners will consider the grant application to the Bureau of Land Management for Invasive and Noxious Plant Management in the amount of $50,000 with a match of $6,250 for a total amount of $56,250. The grant period begins upon approval in 2020 and goes through 2024.

 

6. Board Appointment. (Audrey McCue)

The Commissioners will consider appointing Heath Mason to the East Clark St Water/Sewer District Board of Directors.

 

7. Board Appointment. (Audrey McCue)

The Commissioners will consider appointing Shauna Smith to the York Fire Service Area Board of Trustees.

 

8. Board Appointment. (Audrey McCue)

The Commissioners will consider appointing Tracy K. Daniel to the Lincoln Hospital District Board of Trustees.

 

9. Declaring Fire District and Fire Service Area Candidates Elected by Acclamation. (Audrey McCue)

Pursuant to 13-1-502, MCA, the Board of County Commissioners shall declare candidates for Fire District and Fire Service Area Boards of Trustees elected by acclamation.

 

10. Declaring County Water and/or Sewer District Candidates Elected by Acclamation. (Audrey McCue)

Pursuant to 13-1-502, MCA, the Board of County Commissioners shall declare candidates for County Water and/or Sewer District Boards of Directors elected by acclamation.

 

11. Declaring Hospital District Candidates Elected by Acclamation. (Audrey McCue)

Pursuant to 13-1-502, MCA, the Board of County Commissioners shall declare candidates for Hospital District Boards of Trustees elected by acclamation.

 

12. Declaring Community Council Candidates Elected by Acclamation. (Audrey McCue)

Pursuant to 13-1-502, MCA, the Board of County Commissioners shall declare candidates for Community Councils elected by acclamation.

 

13. Declaring Park District Candidates Elected by Acclamation. (Audrey McCue)

Pursuant to 13-1-502, MCA, the Board of County Commissioners shall declare candidates for Park Districts elected by acclamation.

 

14. Preliminary Amended Plat Approval of the First Amendment of Heron Creek Subdivision (Phases 1, 2, and 3), SUBD2019-011. (Applicant: Ron Bartsch) (Planner: Greg McNally)

The Commissioners will consider the proposed amended plat, to be known as the First

Amendment of Heron Creek Subdivision (Phases 1, 2, and 3), located east of Eames Lane and south of Kier Lane.
