The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 9:00 AM in Zoom Meeting zoom.us/j/5669454978.


It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the

jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Bid Opening. 2020 Crack Seal. (Audra Zacherl)

The Commissioners will consider opening the bids.


4. Detention Center Renovation Update. (Audra Zacherl)

Staff will update the Commissioners regarding this project.


5. Contract Amendment Between Lewis and Clark County and Helena YMCA. (Roger Baltz)

The Commissioners will consider the contract amendment with the Helena YMCA which clarifies compensation for shelter-in-place services to be provided at Camp Child.


6. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on the agenda above.
