NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 9:00 AM in Zoom Meeting zoom.us/j/5669454978.

 

It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the

jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Final Plat - Project No. SUBD2019–05 Great Escape Subdivision. (Applicant: Michael Hummert) (Planner: Spencer Starke)

The Commissioners will consider the application for the Final Plat of the Great Escape Minor Subdivision. This Subdivision contains 5 lots on approximately on 21 acres. Each proposed lot is between 1 and 14 acres in size; and is intended for single family residential development.

 

4. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on the agenda above.
