NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 9:00
AM in Commission Chambers Room 330.
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had
ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same
date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the
jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Contract Between Lewis and Clark County and Great West Engineering. (Audra
The Commissioners will consider the contract with Great West Engineering in an amount not to
exceed $75,000 for engineering services needed for the Collins/Ferry/Snowdrift Western
Federal Lands Highway Division Federal Lands Access Program Project. The work is to be
completed by December 31, 2022.
4. Memorandum of Agreement Between Lewis and Clark Public Health and National
Association of Chronic Disease Directors. (Jacqueline Isaly)
The Commissioners will consider the Memorandum of Agreement with the National Association
of Chronic Disease Directors in the amount of $4,150 to implement activities associated with
the Disability Inclusive Healthy Communities summit training. The contract is effective
February 1, 2020 through May 20, 2020.
5. Contract Agreement Between Lewis and Clark County and Good Samaritan Ministries.
The Commissioners will consider the contract agreement with Good Samaritan Ministries to
operate Our Place Drop in Center. The contract begins March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020
and amounts to a total of $48,300.
