The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at

9:00 AM in Commission Chambers Room 330.

It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had

ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same

date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the

jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Contract Between Lewis and Clark County and Lincoln Ambulance Service. (Kevin


The Commissioners will consider the contract with Lincoln Ambulance Service for blood draw

services when called, 24 hours/7 days a week, for the cost of $60 per blood draw and if

necessary a wage of $15.00 per hour for time spent testifying in court. The services will be

provided at Parker Medical Center located at 2365 Highway 200 West, Lincoln MT. The

contract begins upon signature for one year.


4. Task Order 20-07-5-01-025-0 Between Lewis and Clark Public Health and Montana

Department of Public Health and Human Services. (Drenda Niemann)

The Commissioners will consider accepting the task order from Montana Department of Public

Health and Human Services to administer the Maternal Child Health Block Grant. The total

amount equates to $64,447 and begins October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
