NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 9:00 AM

in Commission Chambers Room 330.

It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had

ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same

date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the

jurisdiction of the Commission.

2. Consent Action Items

a. Public Meeting Minutes for May 28; June 4, 6, 11, 13, 20, 2019. (Nadine McCarty)

 

3. Ordinance 2019-1 Approving a Ballot Question on the Issue of Whether to Allow

Nonpartisan Elections. Second Reading. (Roger Baltz)

The Commissioners will hear the second reading of the ordinance.

 

4. Bid Award. Colorado Gulch Lower Road Rehabilitation Project. (Audra Zacherl)

The Commissioners will consider awarding the bid.

 

5. Bid Award. Trap Club Flood Mitigation Project. (Tabled 6-27-19) (Dan Karlin)

The Commissioners will consider awarding the bid.

 

6. Memorandum of Agreement Between Lewis and Clark County and Montana Department

of Tranpsportation. (Dan Karlin)

The Commissioners will consider the Memorandum of Agreement with the Montana

Department of Transportation for Lewis and Clark County to maintain storm drain

infrastructure being installed on Lake Helena Drive.

 

7. Task Order 20-07-4-51-103-0 Between Lewis and Clark Public Health and the Montana

Department of Public Health and Human Services. (Drenda Niemann)

The Commissioners will consider the task order with the Montana Department of Public Health

and Human Services in the amount of $7,500 to administer HIV Medical Case Management

Services. The task order begins July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

 

8. Contract Between Lewis and Clark County and Information Technology Core. (Art

Pembroke)

The Commissioners will consider the contract with Information Technology Core in an amount

not to exceed $12,000 for the renewal of active directory and network support services. This

contract assists staff in those areas we are not able to address. The contract begins upon

approval by both parties through June 30, 2020.

 

9. Contract Between Lewis and Clark County and CompuNet, Inc. (Art Pembroke)

The Commissioners will consider the annual support contract with CompuNet Inc. in an

amount not to exceed $12,000 for telecommunications and network engineering services as

needed. Typically emergency types of requests or enhancements. The contract begins upon

approval by both parties through June 30, 2020.

 

10. Board Appointment (Audrey McCue)

The Commissioners will consider appointing Bernhard Hall to the Birdseye Fire District Board

of Trustees.

 

11. Lewis and Clark County Criminal Justice Services Department Pretrial Services

Program Standard Operating Procedures (Kellie McBride)

The Commissioners will consider approval of the Standard Operating Procedures for the

Criminal Justice Services Department's Pretrial Services Program.

 

12. Public Hearing. Lewis and Clark County's Budget for Fiscal Year 2020. (Nancy

Everson)

The Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to solicit public input on the budget.

 

13. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is

not on the agenda above.
