NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Lewis and Clark County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 9:00 AM in Zoom Meeting zoom.us/j/5669454978.
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same
date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the
jurisdiction of the Commission.

3. Termination of the Contract Between Lewis and Clark County and the Helena YMCA. (Reese Martin)
The Commissioners will consider terminating the current contract with the YMCA for the use of Camp Child for the non-congregate sheltering of homeless families. The effective date of the termination will be May 21, 2020 with the intent that the Commission will enter into a grant agreement to continue to provide services for temporary emergency shelter needs.
4. Possible Letter of Support for a Conservation Easement. (Christal Ness)
The Commissioners will consider the request from the United States Forest Service for a letter of support for the creation of a Conservation Easement, sponsor by the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, for property located at the head of Austin Road.
5. Preliminary Amended Plat Approval of the First Amendment of Heron Creek Subdivision (Phases 1, 2, and 3), SUBD2019-011. (Tabled 5-7-20) (Applicant: Ron Bartsch) (Planner: Greg McNally)
The Commissioners will consider the proposed amended plat, to be known as the First Amendment of Heron Creek Subdivision (Phases 1, 2, and 3), located east of Eames Lane and south of Kier Lane.
6. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on the agenda above.
