Helena - The Lewis and Clark County Treasurer's Office would like to remind property owners that first-half 2023 Mobile Home taxes and second-half 2023 Real Estate taxes are due by Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Payments  must be postmarked by May 31, 2023, or made in-person at the Lewis & Clark County Treasurer’s office on or before 5:00 p.m. on MAY 31, 2023.

Pay online or by phone: Pay by credit card at itax.tylertech.com/LewisAndClarkMT or by calling 1-800-272-9829. Use jurisdiction number 3602, and then enter payment information. Additional fees of 3% will apply for both payment methods. 

By mail or drop-off: Mail payments to Lewis and Clark County Treasurer/Clerk & Recorder, 316 N. Park Ave. Room 113, Helena, MT 59623, or drop in locked mailboxes located at each entrance inside of the City-County building, 316 N. Park Ave. in Helena.

Paid receipts will be mailed only if a self-addressed stamped envelope is included.
