On Thursday, November 19, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will consider adopting a Resolution to create the Helena Valley Planning Area Zoning Regulations and Map. The meeting will be at 9:00 am at the Best Western Great Northern Hotel Conference Center (835 Great Northern Boulevard in Helena). The meeting will also be held electronically via Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/5669454978 or by phone; dial any number: 1-253-215-8782, 1-346-248-7799, 1-669-900-6833, 1-301-715-8592, 1-312-626-6799, or 1-929-205-6099 and enter 5669454978 when prompted.
Due to recent changes in the COVID-19 situation in the Helena area, and for the safety of all involved, the number of in-person attendees will be capped at 50 people. Therefore, virtual attendance is strongly encouraged.
Lewis and Clark Public Health (LCPH) requires anyone attending the meeting in-person to remain socially distant to others (except family groups) and wear a facemask or visor shield. A limited number of facemasks and visor shields will be available at the event but people are strongly encouraged to bring their own.
Anyone refusing to wear a facemask or visor shield will not be allowed into the meeting and will be asked to attend virtually. They will be provided with the Zoom information.
For those that are able to attend in-person and follow the LCPH order, people are asked to do a self-screen prior to attending. If anyone has the following symptoms the day of the meeting, they are asked to not attend in-person: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and/or diarrhea.
