LEWIS AND CLARK COUNTY/CITY OF HELENA
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
JOURNEY HOME AND/OR OUR PLACE DROP IN CENTER SERVICES
Lewis and Clark County is seeking formal written proposals from qualified and capable agencies to operate the Journey Home Crisis Stabilization Facility AND/OR Our Place Drop in Center.
The County will review proposals according to the criteria contained within the Request for Proposals. Qualified candidates will be ranked in order by a selection committee. Up to three candidates may then be scheduled for interviews if deemed necessary by the selection committee. The award will be made to the most qualified candidate whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the County, all factors considered. Unsuccessful candidates will be notified as soon as possible. Proposals that are deemed incomplete by the selection committee will not be processed.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory, inappropriate or incomplete. Proposals become the property of the County. The County is not responsible for paying costs associated with preparing a proposal.

Candidates must submit their proposal to: Drenda Niemann, 1930 9th Ave, Helena, MT 59601. The proposal must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. (MST) on January 31, 2020. The proposal must be in a sealed envelope, and marked on the outside “Proposal for Journey Home AND/OR Our Place Drop in Center”. Legibility, clarity, and completeness of the proposal are essential.
