Superintendent of Schools -- Katrina Chaney
Katrina grew up in Oklahoma. After obtaining her teacher certification she worked for large unified school systems in southern California. She has also had the privilege to teach in elementary and middle schools in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. In 2005, her husband, Terry, became the Director of Development for Intermountain in Helena. The move to Montana allowed Katrina a very unique teaching experience in a multi-grade classroom. From 2006-2014, she was the supervising teacher for Trinity Elementary School, Lewis and Clark County, in Canyon Creek.
Katrina and Terry have two sons and a daughter-in-law. All three are graduates of Capital High School.
