PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE DECEMBER 13, 2016 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in Room 330 on the third floor of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Avenue, Helena, Montana regarding proposed amendments to the Lewis and Clark County Subdivision Regulations as recommended by the Helena/Lewis and Clark County Consolidated Planning Board.
The proposed amendments can be accessed here.
Paper copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Office of the Lewis and Clark County Clerk and Recorder, Room 113 and at the Community Development and Planning Department, Room 230, 316 N. Park Avenue, Helena, Montana.
The public may submit written comments at or before the hearing or oral comments during the hearing.
