FALLS CREEK ACQUISITION PROJECT
On January 8, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners opened up the Falls Creek Project (submitted by Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation) to the public for comment. This public comment period will last 30 days (expiring on February 9, 2019).

Request from Open Space Bond: $1 million
Total Project Cost: $2.46 million
Amount RMEF has raised: ~$870,000
Open Space Bond Measures Met: Protect habitat for fish and wildlife, protect water resources and water quality, preserve open lands and natural areas, and provide public access and opportunities for recreation.
