NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING POTTER RANCH CONSERVATION EASEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., in Room 330 of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Ave., Helena, MT, the Lewis and Clark County Board of Commissioners will hold a public meeting to review all submitted materials, along with public comment, regarding a proposal submitted through the Lewis and Clark County Open Lands Program. The proposal was submitted by the Prickly Pear Land Trust for funding assistance from the Land, Water, and Wildlife Bond for a conservation easement known as the Potter Ranch. Prickly Pear Land Trust (PPLT), is requesting $1,037,000 from the Bond. At this public meeting, the Board of County Commissioners will consider taking action on the proposal.
Applications have been submitted to Lewis and Clark County for this proposal, and are on file in the office of Lewis and Clark County Community Development and Planning.
