Subdivision Regulation
Subdivisions are regulated by State Statute and County Subdivision Regulations.
In order to apply for a subdivision, a Pre-Application meeting is required. This meeting allows County Staff an opportunity to review the plans, answer questions and address concerns of the applicant.
Pre-application meetings are scheduled through the Community Development and Planning Department.

Public Works Manual
This manual is the product of several years of research and collaboration by both Departments, County Legal staff and several local engineering firms. The document is the compilation of County policies and procedures relating to roads, infrastructure and other functions of the Public Works Department.
Having all of the documents in one place helps ensure individual policies are kept up to date and easy to find. The systematic preparation of this manual also helps to ensure that the policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly.
