Human Resource Management System Service Provider
Lewis and Clark County is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that integrates with our financial management system. Lewis and Clark County is interested in a comprehensive solution, as detailed in the RFP specifications, that reduces redundancy in processes, increases efficiency, improves data tracking, and offers employees the ability to change and view specified information.
Lewis and Clark County will consider service providers who do not provide all of the solutions described in the RFP or who partner with third-party providers to make solutions available on an integrated basis; but, as noted above, the preference is a comprehensive, integrated HRMS.
The County desires to have the necessary training for staff, data migrated, and be ready to implement the new HRMS with the first pay period of calendar year 2019.
Interested service providers must submit their RFP responses by 2:00 pm MST on September 21, 2018. The full RFP and instructions can be found within the RFP document. Sealed proposals must be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Room 345, City-County Building, 316 N. Park Avenue, Helena, MT 59623 by the due date and time listed above. The envelope containing the sealed proposal must be labeled “Human Resource Management System Service Provider.” One electronic copy must be e-mailed to kdesrosier(at)lccountymt.gov by the same deadline.
