The Cooperative Health Center (CHC) is administered by an executive director under the oversight of the CHC Board, which is a non-governmental, nonprofit organization. Kate McIvor (right) is director of the Cooperative Health Center.

Affordable Prescriptions
The Cooperative Health Center’s Medication Assistance Program, available only to our patients, provides reduced-cost medications to patients with no prescription drug coverage.
Dental Care

Case Management
The Cooperative Health Center can help you find ways to manage your health care needs and link you to other services in the community.
Breast and Cervical Health Program

Children's Special Health Services
Children's Special Health Services is charged by the Federal Maternal Child Health Bureau to: "Support development and implementation of comprehensive, culturally competent, coordinated systems of care for children and youth who have or are at risk for chronic physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional conditions and who also require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that required by children generally."

Who can go to the Cooperative Health Center?
Anyone. We primarily serve people without other access to primary care services. This includes people with no insurance, inadequate insurance or a limited income.
Does it cost a lot to see a Clinic doctor?
It shouldn’t cost a lot to get good health care, so we provide services at the lowest possible cost for those in need. Our services are provided on a sliding fee scale, depending upon family size and income level. Be sure to bring some kind of income verification to your visit.
When do I have to pay?
Payment is expected at the time of service. Arrangements can be made if payment is not possible at the time of service – just ask. Nobody is turned away because of an inability to pay.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and private insurance.
How do I make an appointment?
Call 406-443-2584 to speak with one of our medical receptionists. They can help set up a time. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

The Cooperative Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center funded under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act by the Health Resources and Services Administration, a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
